In the Zaporozhye region: Russian Armed Forces destroyed the headquarters of the "Right Sector" and the communication center of "Azov"

As a result of strikes by operational-tactical and army aviation, rocket troops and artillery, objects of the nationalist battalions of Ukraine were destroyed in the Zaporozhye region.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

“In the area of ​​the city of Zaporizhia, the headquarters of the nationalist formation Right Sector*, the communications center of the nationalist formation Azov** and two points of temporary deployment of foreign mercenaries were hit,” said Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry.

Near Nikolaev, a fuel storage facility for Ukrainian military equipment was destroyed, and near the village of Shevchenkova, Mykolaiv region, the Ukrainian Buk M-1 anti-aircraft missile system.

Command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk People's Republic, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions were hit, as well as 41 artillery units in firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 156 districts.

In addition, in the Kupyansk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine made attempts to capture Kislovka - it was attacked by the forces of three Ukrainian company tactical groups and foreign mercenaries simultaneously from three directions.

Russian troops with the help of artillery knocked out Ukrainian units from the outskirts of the settlement, throwing them back to their original positions.

The enemy also tried to organize an offensive in the area of ​​​​Tabaevka, Orlyanka (Kharkiv region) and Kuzemovka (Luhansk People's Republic).

All attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were successfully repelled.

“The total losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and mercenaries per day in this direction amounted to more than 100 military personnel, four tanks, three infantry fighting vehicles and three Turkish Kirpi armored personnel carriers,” said the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry.

Three infantry fighting vehicles, two armored vehicles and about 60 Ukrainian servicemen were destroyed in the Krasnolimansky direction during the attempts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to cross the Zherebets River in the LPR.

In the Zaporozhye direction, Russian units repelled an attempted attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Novodarovka area, destroying seven servicemen and an armored car.

In the Krivoy Rog direction, attacks on the settlements of Novovoskresenskoye, Velikaya Aleksandrovka and Sukhanovo of the Kherson region were repelled.

Over 70 soldiers were liquidated, one tank was destroyed, as well as 16 armored combat vehicles and four vehicles.

In the Andreevsky direction, the Russian Armed Forces inflicted a fire defeat on the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were advancing to attack in the direction of the villages of Kostromka and Ishchenko, Kherson region.

“Two tanks, three armored vehicles, five pickup trucks and more than 90 Ukrainian servicemen were destroyed.

Fighter aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down a Su-24 in the Nikolaev region, and a Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force in the Kherson region.

Air defense systems destroyed four drones, and also intercepted 12 shells of the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system in the Burgunka region of the Kherson region and the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.

Since the beginning of the JMD, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed a total of 319 aircraft, 161 helicopters, 2,199 unmanned aerial vehicles, 380 anti-aircraft missile systems, 5,677 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 868 combat vehicles of multiple launch rocket systems, 3,465 field artillery pieces and mortars, and also 6496 units of special military vehicles.
