In Chad, end clap for the inclusive and sovereign National Dialogue opened since August 20 through a closing ceremony this Saturday morning October 8 in Ndjamena.

The Palais du 15-Janvier draped itself in the blue or red tricolor for the occasion.
A choir whose members were dressed in the same colors opened the session by singing the national anthem.
Two representatives of the religious out of the three guests each pronounced a prayer.
The Catholic Church, which withdrew from the Dialogue, did not respond to the protocol's invitation.
Then comes the reading of the announcements and thanks to the various partners who accompanied the process that led to the dialogue.
Among the resolutions, the former leader of the opposition, Saleh Kebzabo announces that the Transitional Military Council, the group of fifteen generals who have ruled the country for 18 months, is dissolved, appointing at the same time Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno as president of the Transition.
Thunderous applause in the room.
Among the main announcements, the modification of the Charter of the transition to in particular increase the number of members of the National Transitional Council, the provisional Parliament.
In his speech for the occasion, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno reiterated his appeal to the opposition which refuses to participate in the transition process.
He also announced the release of all prisoners of war.
