Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, president of Debout la France and deputy for Essonne, was the guest of Europe Matin this Friday.

He went back on his desire to set up a union of rights, like what was done in Italy.

During the back-to-school speech of his Debout la France party, Nicolas Dupont-Aignan pleaded for "the union of lovers of France".

Invited to the microphone of Europe morning this Friday, he returned to his desire to set up a right-wing coalition.

For the deputy of Essonne, "our voters are tired of seeing our inability to agree. I had proposed an open primary before the presidential election which was refused [...]. For the Republicans who are not not Macronists, the National Rally, Reconquest and even leftist patriots who can no longer stand the sabotage of our economy by this government, let's unite, make a program of public safety.

For the deputy of Essonne, a union of parties could have enabled the right to obtain a majority in the National Assembly, like the Italian elections.

"There is an identical public safety program at LR, at RN, at Debout la France, at Reconquête, why is there no agreement?", He insisted.

"There are fewer differences between Ciotti, Le Pen, Zemmour, me and others, than between Berlusconi, Matteo Salvini and Meloni."

According to him, if such a union does not work in France, it is "because Italy understood that without it they would not govern and there was pressure from the base. I say at the base of our electorate to put pressure and we will have initiatives. It's every man for himself instead of a collective approach", he regretted.
