According to SOS alarm, two trucks with a trailer, a truck without a trailer and a car are involved in the accident on the E22 during Friday morning.
Two rescue units and an ambulance have been sent to the scene.
E22 is closed from Trafikplats V (56) to Trafikplats Ronneby (N) in both directions, and the work at the site is expected to last until 1:30 p.m., according to the Swedish Transport Administration.
