Saturday will be disrupted by showers in the south but the rest of the country will experience sunshine and mild weather, according to Météo-France.

From the south of Aquitaine and Occitanie to the Jura and the Alps, from the start of the day the sky will be very cloudy and rain will be possible at times, a few thunderclaps may even sometimes accompany these showers.

Instability will develop this weekend in the #Mediterranean.

If you live in the #Pyrenees, the #PACA region and #Corsica, expect stormy showers, especially on Sunday.⛈⚠ pic.twitter.com/27OZ9Or06e

On PACA, the clouds and showers will gain in the morning, then in the afternoon they will extend to Corsica.

At the end of the day, from the Pyrenees to the Massif Central and the Jura, the trend will be calm, while in the extreme south-east of the country the showers will persist.

Some local mists

In the rest of the country, except for Pays de Loire in Lorraine where the sky will be very cloudy in the morning with a few drops at the start of the day, the weather will be calm, sometimes gray with local fogs.

In the afternoon the clearings will develop and the sun will shine everywhere generously.

The minimum temperatures will be between 5 and 10 degrees in the north as far as the Pays de Loire and Bourgogne Franche-Comté, between 8 and 13 degrees further south, or even 12 to 17 degrees from the south of Aquitaine to the Mediterranean rim.

The maximum will range from 16 to 20 degrees from the Channel and the northern borders to the Pays de Loire and Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, from 20 to 24 degrees elsewhere.
