After several reports against the manager during the summer, Ronneby municipality started an investigation into the manager.

The municipality announced that the investigation would be carried out quickly - in four weeks.

That time has now been exceeded and the investigation is expected to be completed only at the end of October.

- It has taken far too long.

Our members think this is a lot of work, says Katarina Ovesson.

Critical to relocation only

The trade union is also critical of the fact that the manager has only been reassigned within the municipality.

- We think that you should be suspended during the investigation because there are so many employees who feel bad, says Katarina Ovesson.

The head of administration: "Unfortunate for all involved"

The head of administration, Maria Appelskog, also thinks that the external investigation is taking too long.

- It creates concern and questions when it takes too long.

It's unfortunate for everyone involved, she says.

According to the head of administration, the fact that the manager is not suspended during the investigation is because, as a rule, they do not want to suspend people unless they pose a threat to someone.

- We chose temporary relocation instead of suspension because the person can work on other tasks in the meantime.

SVT has also been in contact with a representative of the manager's trade union Vision, who does not want to comment on the information.
