The company informs that reports of the entrepreneur's intention to transfer shares in Severstal and other Severgroup companies to foreign trusts and transfer profits to the UN are not true.
It is also noted that the company is making every effort to continue working and fulfill its social and environmental obligations in the face of sanctions pressure.
On June 2, the US Treasury announced the imposition of sanctions against Severstal and 15 other Russian legal entities.
