what was supposed to be a party ended up being one of the saddest days in Argentine football

The daily recounts this 23rd day of the Argentine championship: "

Nine minutes after the start of the first half between Gimnasia and Boca, a cloud of tear gas forced the referee (...) to stop the match

 ".

This cloud came from outside the stadium.

Originally, "

a probable oversale of tickets

 ", suggests the newspaper

La Voz

.

The police did not allow fans who had their tickets in hand to enter the stadium.

The police fired rubber bullets,

The body responsible for ensuring security did not have the capacity to do so and distributed tear gas and bullets indiscriminately

United States: a step towards the decriminalization of marijuana?

The

Washington Post

returns this Friday to the pardon granted by Joe Biden, a collective pardon to all those convicted at the federal level of possession of marijuana.

The American president asks the governors of the various states to do the same.

“

This measure marks a big step towards decriminalization

 ,” writes the

Washington Post

.

His administration must study the classification of marijuana, which remains for the moment on the list of the most dangerous drugs.

The newspaper points out that Joe Biden has evolved on the subject more slowly than his party.

He wrote,

Politico

recalls , “

some of the drug laws that proponents of decriminalization say have led to the current incarceration rates

 .”

Today, "

no one is serving a sentence in federal prison just for simple possession of marijuana

," the newspaper notes, but about 6,500 people will have that conviction expunged from their records.

This announcement comes just one month before the mid-term elections.

“Currently, 37 states and the District of Columbia have legalized medical marijuana, and 19 states have legalized recreational marijuana ,”

Politico

 details

.

Five states will vote on the legalization of recreational cannabis in the midterm elections

 ."

The Curator

National Review

regrets that states that have decriminalized marijuana for medical or recreational use have not eliminated its sale on the black market: "

In California, more than 80% of marijuana trafficking is on the illegal market to escape cannabis taxes

 ".

Captain Tarah Ernest greeted passengers on her Miami-Port-au-Prince flight Thursday with these words: “

Today is a very special day for me.

Because in 1998, I left Port-au-Prince to come live here and in 2018 I made the decision to learn to fly a plane.

Today, I have the chance to pilot a flight from Miami to Port-au-Prince”.

"I know that the situation in Haiti is difficult but I hope this will not prevent you from celebrating with me today

 ," she added, visibly moved.

She is “

the first Haitian woman to fly an American Airlines commercial plane to
