The Russian military has continued missile attacks in various places, and the governor of the southeastern Zaporizhia province announced on the 6th that a housing complex in the center of Zaporizhia was attacked.



Three people have been killed and 12 injured, according to local media.



In addition, the Russian presidential office announced that President Putin has signed a presidential decree ordering the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant to be under the control of the Russian government.

Against this backdrop, IAEA Director General Grossi visited Kyiv, the capital, on the 6th and held talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.



President Zelensky strongly criticized Russia for announcing that Russian President Vladimir Putin would place the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant under the control of the Russian government.

Regarding the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, Director-General Grossi said, "This is a matter of international law. It is the IAEA's view that the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant is a Ukrainian facility." He expressed his intention to visit and discuss.
