The young man, already known to the police, went to the police station only fifteen minutes after his refusal to comply.

He then had almost a gram of alcohol in his blood and the narcotics screening test was positive.

The motorist, who was driving without a valid driver's license and also had two sentences to perform, was taken into police custody.
