, investigated for the alleged murder of the young woman,

who disappeared in Arenas (Málaga) in June 2019

, has appeared this Friday in the Vélez-Málaga courts and has said he is "super calm" and that he is "innocent ".

"He left and that's it, after what happened I don't know anything else", he assured him.

The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 4 of Malaga hosts this Friday a hearing to specify the facts and possible accusations regarding the investigated, as well as request new evidence before finishing the investigation of the case and give rise to the corresponding procedure by a Court of the Jury.

Dana Leonte disappeared on June 12, 2019 and then numerous raids were carried out through different locations in the Axarquia region to locate her.

The boyfriend and father of the young woman's daughter was arrested and entered prison after a femur of hers was found, although later, more remains

of her were found.

The man is on provisional release.

Upon arrival at the courts, the investigated has assured the journalists that he is

"super calm and wishing that all this ends to recover my girl"

"Innocent", he has insisted, reiterating: "I want this to end and to be able to get her back".

His defense attorney, Juanjo Moreno, has indicated that they

continue to ask for the case to be dismissed

For his part, Dana's brother has also approached the courts.

Florín Leonte, who has crossed paths with the suspect and told him: "How do you feel, murderer", has assured that "it is not fair" that his sister's boyfriend is free.

In declarations to the journalists, Florín has assured that he is "well because at least things are beginning to move and the light is beginning to be seen at the end of the tunnel".
