Baghdad temporarily without gas after a failure in an Iranian pipeline

Today, Friday, the Iraqi News Agency, quoting the Ministry of Electricity, reported that an Iranian gas pipeline that supplies energy to Baghdad has suffered a malfunction, resulting in a temporary suspension of supplies.

The agency indicated that supplies will stop from twelve in the evening Friday until six in the morning, Baghdad time, to complete maintenance and repair work.
