Spray paint found in his home

The facts date back to September 28.

The gendarmes' investigation, and in particular the findings made on the spot, had made it possible to trace the suspect, who lives near the radar.

During the search of his home, the soldiers also found an aerosol can of white paint which could be the one used to degrade the device.

The 30-year-old would have recognized the facts during his police custody.

He incurs a fine of up to 15,000 euros and a sentence of general interest (TIG), indicates the local newspaper.
