The National Police has arrested a 21-year-old accused of sexually harassing underage girls in the surroundings of the Emilio Castelar Institute in the Madrid district of Carabanchel.

The man loitered around the Emilio Castelar Institute and intimidated girls between the ages of 11 and 16 with obscene gestures

Parents and neighbors sounded the alarm and were able to record the alleged harasser who acted when the students left the center.

Last Tuesday he

was held by several people in the square in front of the institute

when he harassed two girls of 12 and 13 years old, according to vozpópuli.

Later, he was arrested by National Police agents from the Carabanchel police station.
