.

In the images, widely shared on social networks, we see the teenager held against a fence at the Donation-Robert-et-Nelly-de-Rothschild vocational school, in Saint-Maximin.

His four attackers then punched him, kicked him and punched him.

One for aggravated violence

The young man suffers from attention deficit with or without hyperactivity (ADHD) as well as a flat foot valgus.

Back in his establishment on Wednesday, he clarified daily that it was "at least the third time since the beginning of the year that he was attacked".

The alleged attackers, second-year students, allegedly beat him because he refused to lend them his electronic cigarette.

Other students claim that the young man, who is following a CAP, would have made racist remarks.

The high school student, accompanied by his mother, filed a complaint the day after the incident and a flagrant investigation for aggravated violence was opened.
