After SVT Nyheter Blekinge's revelation about the manager's initiative to map employees' sexual contacts with each other, head of administration Maria Appelskog now chooses to take the leaf out of her mouth.

As recently as Wednesday, the message was to wait with comments until the ongoing investigation against the manager is complete.

- It is completely unacceptable to have lists like this, it is reckless to draw them up as a manager, she says.

In what way does the management support staff who have gone wrong?

- We all offer call support, we did that at an early stage when the notifications came in.

Then, together with Kommunal, we followed up that the staff felt cared for and that they were receiving support.

In SVT's review, an employee also testifies that she is forced to visit a user who constantly paws at her.

- This is new information for me, says Maria Appelskog.

It sounds very strange to my ears.

"We wrote down the names of men in his dormitory block and which girls they had been with," says an employee who helped produce a list of which employees had sex with each other.
