Social media platforms in Egypt witnessed a strange and unfamiliar incident, due to their success in bringing back a 50-year-old woman who had lost her way back to her family 45 years ago, in an event that is almost a full-angle scenario for a movie story.

Mrs. Reda Abdel Rahim recalls the details of her loss of her mother, and says that her mother (Tahiya Owais) took her with her when she was five years old to sell vegetables near the El Fashn train station in Beni Suef.

She adds that while she was playing near the railway, she took the train to Mallawi, Minya Governorate, without her mother's knowledge.

The mother was surprised that her little girl was not by her side, to begin the journey of searching for her liver, and knocking on all doors, with rumors circulating of her daughter's death, kidnapping, or drowning in the waters of the Nile.

While the mother continued her search, her daughter started a new life after being adopted by a family until she was 15 years old.

After that, Reda left the house that embraced her to Luxor Governorate, where she settled in the Al-Naj' Al-Taweel area in the east of the governorate.

The girl married to start a new life in another governorate, and gave birth to 5 sons and one daughter, who joined Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, with the help of the villagers who contributed to spending on the family after the husband's death due to illness.

And about how Reda got to know her family, she said, "I told my story to a woman who was the only one who believed her, then I shared it via a video clip with one of the content makers, and I was then informed that my family recognized me after I presented enough evidence that I remember, but I did not believe that I had found my family."

And Ms. Reda added in a video clip, "I was lost since the days of President Sadat - I lived with 5 presidents who ruled Egypt - and I was jealous since my childhood of those who have family and family, and I said: In the end I will live as strange and die strange."

Her mother, Tahia Owais, 73, appeared in a video clip, saying, "My brother came to me at dawn and told me that your daughter, Reda, is alive, but I did not believe it."

Mohamed Abdel Rahim, the brother of the absent woman, said in press statements, "We have booked 70 tickets, and we will go in the evening to ride the train on our way to Luxor Governorate, to meet my sister, whom I will meet for the first time since my birth."

Video clips published on social media platforms showed a festive atmosphere in Luxor Governorate, after the arrival of Mrs. Reda's family from Beni Suef to it, yesterday, Wednesday, so that the family could reunite them again, after their daughter lost her way at the age of five to return to her family at the age of 50.

Commentators on the Egyptian platforms celebrated the return of Reda to her family, commenting in the Egyptian dialect, "Living Egypt converges."
