“To establish for 2023: a quota for the issuance of 13,535 temporary residence permits to foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation with distribution by subjects,” the text of the document says.
The quota reserve for the issuance of TRP for foreigners and stateless persons amounted to 4060 permits.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that a bill was being prepared on the conditions for the stay of foreigners in Russia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the idea of creating adaptation centers for migrants in Russia.
