Latifa explained to "Emirates Today" that she graduated this year from the American University of Sharjah, majoring in business administration and financial management, noting that the "Your House" project is an electronic platform that enables Emirati women to make small investments in real estate, to enable them to achieve financial prosperity.
She attributed the idea of her project to her desire to support women and encourage them to take a step forward, and not be hesitant or afraid of the field of investment, especially after finding during her career in research related to this field, and various interviews with women of different ages, that many women have an interest in the field of investment. Investment and real estate, but there are obstacles, including hesitation and fear of joining the investment field, lack of self-confidence, and lack of sufficient amount to invest in real estate.
She pointed out that the "Your House" project is a site that allows female citizens to start real estate investment, with small amounts, where a female citizen can invest 5,000 dirhams.
She said: "The "Baytak" platform will transform into a company at the beginning of next year 2021, as the company will offer real estate investment opportunities on the site that will be available next January, and education in the field of personal finance and investment.
She indicated that she received support and support from the Dubai Technology Center for Entrepreneurship, affiliated with Silicon Oasis, and Dubai for Startups, affiliated with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
