According to Sardana Avksentyeva, deputy head of the Committee on State Building and Legislation, the partial mobilization revealed voluntarism and many gaps in the legislation.
“The introduction of commissioners for human rights, representatives of political parties and members of the public will have a positive impact on the observance of the rights of conscripts and their families,” RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier demanded that all mistakes made during the partial mobilization be corrected.
He recalled that partial mobilization should primarily concern those citizens who have served in the armed forces, have in-demand military specialties and relevant experience.
Later, the State Duma announced the need to deal with the problem of supplying the rear.
