The court stated in the merits of the ruling that it is established from the papers that the settlement concluded before the law firm was between the plaintiff and the young man’s brother, and the young man was a mediator in those settlements, and no pledge or commitment was issued from him regarding the payment of those amounts, and thus the young man negates his status in the lawsuit In the same case, the court must reject the case against him, and the court ruled to reject the case.
