“Explaining.rf”: to be deregistered, a person living abroad needs to appear at the military registration and enlistment office

“In order to be removed from military registration (as well as for registration), a citizen must personally appear at the military registration and enlistment office and submit a written application indicating the reason for the removal and the new place of residence,” the recommendation says.
