The Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence closes the door to applying for categories and proceeds with the arbitration of advanced files

The Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence, which is affiliated with the Sharjah Education Council, closed the door for receiving nominations for the award in its twenty-eighth session.

This is after extending the reception period to the thirtieth of last September in response to the desire of the educational field and the relevant authorities.

Since the opening of the nomination for its categories, the award has succeeded in attracting a large and increasing number of those wishing to nominate in its various categories, which were divided into three main categories: First, the distinguished individuals category, which included: (The Distinguished Teacher Category, the Distinguished Educational Leader Category, and the Student Category Distinguished, Distinguished Supporting Jobs Category, Distinguished Parent Category), Second: Distinguished Institutions Category, which included: (Distinguished Nurseries Category, Distinguished School Category, Institutions and Partnerships Supporting Education Category), Thirdly: Distinguished Work Teams Category, which included: (Distinguished Institutional Work Teams Category, The Distinguished Student Council category, the Joint Work Teams category, and the Distinguished Parents Council category.

The award continued to achieve its goals in supporting education and translating the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to work on providing the educational field with creativity and innovation in all its fields, which is what it aims at, and aims through it to motivate the distinguished in the educational field.

The director of the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence, Alia Al Hosani, confirmed that after the nomination window is closed, the judging committees will start sorting the files submitted for the award, and evaluating them according to the basic criteria and conditions for each category.

She pointed out that the participant's portal on the award's website received a large number of files that were submitted in all categories, and this diversity of posts enhances the participants' opportunities to choose the appropriate categories for them, and enable them to be creative and excel in different fields, which spreads a culture of excellence in the educational field with all its members and paths. , and supports competition between them, and this is what the award seeks, and seeks in its journey towards making excellence a culture and a goal for the entire community and the educational community in particular.
