The expert on this year's chemistry prize: "A new way to build molecules"

Carolyn R. Bertozzi, Morten Meldal and K. Barry Sharpless are the names of this year's recipients of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.

Their work has laid the foundation for so-called click chemistry – which is basically about how to build molecules in a more systematic way with simple chemical reactions.
