Khotsenko clarified that the areas and facilities will not be removed from the industrial zone, people with specialized specialties will continue to work there.
At the moment, the prime minister noted, work is underway to clear mines and survey the territory of the plant.
In August, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin announced that the Azovstal plant was planned to be reconstructed into a technopark.
