He noted that in winter these countries may face internal political instability due to rising prices and the fear of a shortage of energy resources.

According to him, "there is a risk that this may weaken the support" of Kyiv from these states.

Earlier, the Minister of Defense of the technical government of Bulgaria, Dimitar Stoyanov, refused to supply Kyiv with heavy weapons. 

In August, Russia withdrew licenses from a number of enterprises in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria for the right to repair Mi-type helicopters for cooperation with Ukraine.
