He noted that Russia's actions on this issue will be adamant.
Earlier, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper said that the United States believes that the HIMARS MLRS ammunition transferred to Ukraine allows the Armed Forces to hit most Russian targets, including in Crimea.
