The Kremlin: Elon Musk's proposal for a peace agreement with Ukraine is a "positive step"

The Kremlin said on Tuesday that Tesla founder Elon Musk had outlined a possible peace deal with Ukraine as a "positive step," hours after Kyiv criticized Musk's call for a negotiated settlement to the seven-month conflict.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on a conference call that Moscow was always open to negotiation to end the conflict.
