“The court decided to sentence Lemeshevsky to seven years and six months in a penal colony and a fine of 500 thousand rubles, Tretyakov to seven years in a penal colony and a fine of 400 thousand rubles, Averyanov to six years in a penal colony and a fine in the amount of 300 thousand rubles,” the judge said.

According to law enforcement officers, Lemeshevsky and the head of the company's legal department, Ekaterina Averyanova, entered into fictitious contracts for the provision of legal services with the chairman of the Tretyakov and Partners law firm.

The total damage from the actions of malefactors for two years amounted to about 330 million rubles.
