The “Arab Media… Influences and Variables” session, which hosted the Minister of Information Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, and Karam Gabr, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation in the Arab Republic of Egypt, recommended the need to work on building a unified Arab strategy that guarantees the presence of content The Arab with its values, morals, and dreams of its youth in an effective and effective manner, and confronts all intellectual and human platitudes that are transmitted through all institutions and platforms producing entertainment and media materials that are currently dominant, by working to fill the void with content that is prepared based on modern tools and modern technologies, and addresses the youth and groups of society with all its spectrums and whims.Jabr considered that the Arab professional media needs to develop a unified strategy to confront the "dinosaurs" of social media, but without neglecting the importance of these means and the necessity of dealing and cooperating with them in a way that enables the professional media to follow their path, taking into account all the serious and positive elements that have occurred. A change in the way the message and media content is presented.

Gabr stressed that it is not possible to ignore the huge impact of news and information broadcast on social media, noting that 75% of the Egyptian population derives their information from social media.

In response to a question by Zina Yazigi, who moderated the session, about the role of Arab governments in facing the challenges and changes facing the Arab media, Jabr said that their role should focus on cleaning up distorted and vulgar content, by producing content that can fill the void of recipients, especially young people, Content that promotes the pure homeland project and is responsible and committed towards society and the homeland.

For his part, Al-Nuaimi considered that the convening of the Arab Media Forum is part of the preparation and work to find a strategic plan to meet the challenges facing the professional media that is committed to national and ethical issues.

Al-Nuaimi's number is basic elements that must be available and integrated to be able to make any media that respects the cultures and ideas of the human being wherever he is and in any social environment and in any country, pointing to the important role played by technology, economic development and the adoption of energies and talents, in addition to cooperation with authorities, institutions and countries. With common goals and interests, in creating media and content that is competitive and able to keep pace.

Al-Nuaimi asserted that going to the future is not by returning to the past, but rather by managing the wheel using all the available advantages created by the changes that have occurred in the media industry during the past years.
