Other clips show protesters being led away with black cloth bags over their heads and others appearing to be shot by police.
The country's leader Ali Khameni appeared today for the first time since the protests and initially lamented the death of Masha Amini, but quickly moved on to blame the US and Israel for the demonstrations.
The first time women run their own issues
Exile Iranians in Sweden say that the protests have become so difficult for the regime to stop because they are happening in so many different groups and parts of the country at the same time.
- This time we see young women who are involved and drive their own issues, says Fataneh Farahani.
- For the regime, it has been very difficult because they have built up these values by dividing the people.
