The employment contract for the duration of the employee's mobilization service will not be terminated, but suspended.
Earlier it was reported that the Federation Council will consider projects on labor guarantees for citizens called up as part of partial mobilization at the next meeting on October 4.
On September 27, the State Duma approved the draft law on labor guarantees for this category of citizens in the second and third readings.
