The head of Chechnya said that he decided to count the number of restrictions imposed against him.

“Since 2011, at least 70 restrictions have been imposed against me,” he wrote on Telegram.

According to Kadyrov, this number exceeds the number of sanctions against the presidents of Belarus and Syria, Alexander Lukashenko and Bashar al-Assad, as well as North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

“Foreigners have been trying to deprive me of everything for more than 11 years.

But, as you can see, nothing works,” he said.

Kadyrov also announced his plans to apply for inclusion in the Guinness Book of Records so that the "works" of the West would not go unnoticed.

Earlier, New Zealand Foreign Minister Nanaya Mahuta announced new sanctions against 19 Russians, including Kadyrov, due to a Russian special operation in Ukraine.

On September 15, it became known that the United States was imposing sanctions on the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and members of his family.
