Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov started a meeting in Geneva. This was reported in the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
"A meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has started in Geneva," TASS said in a statement.
On September 23, Armenia and Azerbaijan again accused each other of violating the ceasefire on the common border.
