“Article 3 of the Treaty under consideration, according to which the Russian Federation guarantees all peoples living in the territory of the LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, the right to preserve their native language, create conditions for its study and development, fully complies with the requirements of Article 68 (part 3) of the Constitution Russian Federation," the resolutions say.

Earlier, the Constitutional Court approved a package of documents on the admission of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia.

On September 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions signed agreements on the accession of these regions to Russia.
