The 20-year-old from Sorsele competed in both the junior and senior classes.

Regardless of the age of the opposition, Janeheim took home the gold medals and is both the junior and senior world best in the -70 weight class for both right and left arms.

- My goal was to come home with four golds, but I didn't dare to talk about it openly.

But it's nice after all the hard work you put in and all the hours you put in pay off, it's great fun, says Elin Janeheim.

Celebrated in Paris

Have you had time to celebrate anything yet?

- Yesterday we celebrated with entrecote at a fine restaurant in Paris, then I guess we'll celebrate when I get home.

I've taken the day off from work tomorrow, I don't regret it as it will be nice to land a little at home.

At home in Sorsele, the father, Fredrik Janeheim, has followed his daughter's progress in the competitions, which began on Wednesday, from a distance.

- We'll celebrate with some go'fika when she gets home late tonight, then we'll gather a group for the weekend and celebrate properly, he says.
