In the rulings of a partial commercial court, it was clear from the arrest warrant issued that it bears the defendant’s office logo, and that he obtained from the plaintiff 6000 dirhams in cash as an advance payment to bring a maid to him, and through the office the application was submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to obtain permission to enter the maid to the state. .

She indicated that evidence of the defendant's receipt of the amount in return for the expenses of bringing the maid was achieved, and he kept the amount without any legitimate reason or real action that entitles him to the right to acquire it, as long as he did not bring the required maid, which legally obligates him to return the amount to the plaintiff, and accordingly the court obligates The defendant must pay the plaintiff 6000 dirhams and oblige him to pay fees and expenses.
