North Korea continued its provocations on Armed Forces Day.

Two more ballistic missiles were fired into the East Sea in the early morning.

It is already the fourth missile in a week, but it was interpreted as an armed demonstration against the South Korea-U.S. joint exercise.

] North Korea fired two short-range ballistic missiles into the East Sea from the Sunan area of Pyongyang around 6:45 a.m. on the morning of the 1st, the Joint Chiefs of Staff said.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff analyzed that the flight range was 350 km, the altitude was 30 km, and the speed was Mach 6.

Both missiles were fired from a mobile launch pad and were said to have flew in the direction of 'Rseom', an uninhabited island off the coast of North Hamgyong Province.

It is the fourth missile provocation carried out by North Korea in the last week during the joint drills between South Korea and the US, South Korea, the US and Japan.

Seven short-range ballistic missiles were fired into the East Sea at different launch sites, including one shot from Taecheon, North Pyongan Province on the 25th, two shots from the Sunan area of Pyongyang on the 28th, and two shots from the Suncheon area of South Pyongan Province on the 29th.

It seems to be an armed demonstration against the East Sea joint exercise held in the presence of the nuclear-powered Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier.

Some analysts say that instead of carrying out the 7th nuclear test right before the Chinese party congress, which will determine President Xi Jinping's third consecutive term, on the 16th, he chose a 'customized response' to the joint exercise first.

[Hong-Min/Director of North Korea Research Division, Institute for Unification: Rather than a concept with a long range or high destructive power, it is demonstrated through a practical weapon that has been implemented, can be equipped with a nuclear warhead, can be used for conventional purposes, and can be fired while threatening the missile defense network. The

presidential office held a standing committee of the National Security Council to strongly condemn North Korea's successive missile provocations and announced that it would cooperate closely with the international community, including the United States
