The list of enterprises whose employees are entitled to a deferment will be approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade within five days, after which it will be sent to the Ministry of Defense and military commissariats in the regions.
“A deferment from conscription for mobilization will be granted to citizens by conscription commissions based on lists of employees received from employers,” the government said.
The resolution applies to legal relations that arose from September 21, 2022.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu earlier said that employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex in Russia will receive a deferment from conscription for the period of work in these organizations.
