Representatives of the organization added: "Deliberately undermining the rules-based international order and blatantly violating Ukraine's fundamental rights to independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, fundamental principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter and the law international, Russia is putting global security at risk ”.

“We do not and will never recognize - continues the note - the illegal referendums that Russia has designed as a pretext for this further violation of the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, nor of their false and illegal results.

We will never recognize this illegal annexation.

Such decisions are void and cannot produce any legal effect whatsoever ".
