Fabrizio Corona, who was in home detention to serve the remaining sentence for his sentences, obtained the

alternative measure of therapeutic assignment

in a "community structure" in Limbiate, in the province of Monza and Brianza.

This was decided by the

Court of Surveillance of Milan

which accepted the request of the lawyers of the former 'king of the paparazzi', the lawyers Ivano Chiesa and Antonella Calcaterra.

The judges, in fact, highlighted the "improvements" of Corona and highlight in the provision that "the therapeutic path", which among other things is already underway, "appears suitable for the needs of care" to

promote its "Rehabilitation"

and the "overcoming of important personal frailties", also because he suffers from a "psychiatric pathology".

Furthermore, for the judges, the former photographic agent carried out "an introspective work"

also on his

"pathological dependence on earnings"

Corona will have to go to the

community in Limbiate  for

4 hours on Friday .

The end of sentence for Corona, as stated in the provision signed by judge Ornella Anedda, is scheduled for

September 17, 2024

and that the former photographic agent is still undergoing proceedings for fraud, defamation, beatings, threats, attempted evasion, aggravated damage. , resistance and insult to public officials.

Furthermore, for the Surveillance, Corona has "complex and peculiar

problems of drug addiction, psychiatric

, socio-occupational and family problems".

And that some of his "sporadic transgressions", even if they are to be "stigmatized", must be inserted "in a satisfactory overall picture of the Crown's adhesion to the therapeutic-rehabilitation program".

It is then overcoming "the critical period marked by the difficulties of 'staying' within the norms and rules" and is starting "to

consider one's own well-being

and balance as primary values".

Now for the judges a

"new phase of therapeutic transition"

is needed with the inclusion of the former photographic agent in the community for 4 hours a week, a place where he has already been hosted in his treatment path and where he will also have to do "voluntary work ".

In the last year, the Surveillance concludes,

he has never violated in a "serious" way

the prescriptions of home detention.
