Drunk man beat two teenagers at a college in Vladivostok

This was reported in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Territory.

“A man inflicted bodily harm on two minors and damaged property in the reception room of an educational institution,” RIA Novosti reported.

The man was detained and handed over to the mental health team for further hospitalization.

The teenagers were sent for a forensic medical examination to determine the severity of the harm caused.

Earlier, TASS, citing the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow, reported that a visitor to a bar in the center of the Russian capital during the conflict wounded a security guard of the institution, after which he disappeared.
