According to the document, the radius of two leaks was 900 m and 200 m in the Swedish economic zone, and 555 m and 680 m in the Danish economic zone, respectively.

The letter notes that these leaks pose a danger to aircraft in these areas.

Both countries have restricted maritime and air traffic in the areas of the incident.

“The potential impact on marine life in the Baltic Sea is of concern.

The possible impacts on the climate are likely to be very significant due to the large volumes of greenhouse gases that are emitted into the air, ”says the text of the document published by Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde.
