- This could be criminal.

It can be incitement against a group of people and it can also be an insult, says Christoffer Wong.

What is the difference between these two different crimes?

- Incitement against a ethnic group is a statement that expresses disrespect for, for example, skin color and it can result in two years in prison.

But insult is a direct statement against a person in which one damages someone's self-esteem.

It is also a crime that can lead to fines as punishment, says Wong.
