According to the text of the resolution, the authorities of the republic terminate "the right of ownership and other real rights ... to real estate objects located on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, turning them into state property without compensating the owners of the cost of such property."
In particular, the decree applies to the real estate of Ukrainian oligarchs Rinat Akhmetov and Sergey Kurchenko.
