From 2014 to 2018, Guo Qing received gifts from private business owners successively while serving as secretary of the Luxian County Party Committee, secretary of the Luzhou Municipal Party Committee, member of the Luzhou Municipal Government Party Leadership Group, deputy mayor, and secretary of the Luzhou Liangjiang New Town Construction Party Working Committee. A total of 210,000 yuan, many of which occurred during the Spring Festival.

In January 2018 and January 2020, Guo Qing traveled to Sanya twice, and the airfare costs for himself and his family members totaled more than 12,000 yuan, which were paid by private business owners.

Guo Qing also has other serious violations of discipline and law.

In June 2022, Guo Qing was expelled from the party and from public office.

His suspected crime was transferred to the procuratorate for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law.

Wang Qingnian, former member of the party group, deputy director and second-level inspector of the Sichuan Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, accepted gifts that might affect the fair execution of official duties, and accepted the arrangement of entertainment activities that might affect the fair performance of official duties.

From 2014 to 2017, Wang Qingnian received a total of 48 bottles of liquor from private business owners four times.

From 2013 to 2021, Wang Qingnian frequently accepted entertainment activities arranged by private business owners for a long time.

Wang Qingnian also has other serious violations of discipline and law.

In July 2022, Wang Qingnian was expelled from the party, and his treatment was cancelled according to regulations.

His suspected crime was transferred to the procuratorate for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law.

　　3. Wang Jianping, the former secretary of the Party Committee of Guang'an Vocational and Technical College, used the bus for private use and reimbursed expenses in violation of regulations, and accepted property beyond normal gifts and other issues.

From January 2015 to January 2019, when Wang Jianping returned to his home in Chengdu or went to Nanchong for personal affairs on weekends or holidays, he arranged a long-term bus to transport him to and from Guang'an to Chengdu or Nanchong; the driver used the name of two people on business trips to be reimbursed by the college's public funds during the transfer period. The accommodation and travel expenses totaled more than 117,000 yuan. Wang Jianping knew about it but did not stop it.

In August 2015, Wang Jianping accepted a consumer card with a recharge amount of 11,000 yuan from a vice principal of a middle school.

Wang Jianping also has other violations of regulations and disciplines.

In July 2022, Wang Jianping was severely warned and punished by the party.

Violation fees have been refunded, and disciplinary gains have been collected.

　　4. Wang Anju, former secretary of the party group and chairman of the Anyue County Disabled Persons' Federation, issued employee benefits in violation of regulations.

Before the Spring Festival in 2020, Wang Anju arranged for the staff of the unit to distribute rice, noodles, oil and other materials to 12 employees on the staff at the standard of 1,000 yuan per person, and then reimbursed them with public funds in the name of sending condolences to poor households.

Wang Anju himself received the above-mentioned materials worth 1,000 yuan.

In May 2022, Wang Anju was warned and punished by the party.

The materials distributed illegally have been refunded at a discount.
