President Yoon Seok-yeol met with US Vice President Harris at the President's Office in Yongsan on the morning of the 29th.
Vice President Harris, who visited Japan to attend the meeting of former Japanese Prime Minister Abe, entered South Korea through Osan Air Base this morning.
At his meeting, President Yoon seems to have conveyed Korean companies' concerns about the US inflation-reduction law and confirmed the will of the ROK and the US to cooperate on the North Korean issue.
Vice President Harris is due to depart for the United States later this afternoon after visiting the Demilitarized Zone this afternoon.
