“In the coming days, a temporary point of partial mobilization with the issuance of subpoenas will be deployed on the border with Kazakhstan,” RIA Novosti reported.

According to the agency, in the area of the Karauzek checkpoint in the Krasnoyarsk district of the Astrakhan region, a many-kilometer queue of people wishing to leave Russia formed.

Currently, the checkpoint has begun not to let out citizens who meet the criteria for conscription, who do not have the right to deferment from partial mobilization or permission to leave from the military commissariat.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that it does not plan to ask Kazakhstan, Georgia and other states for the forced return of Russians in these countries as part of a partial mobilization.

The press service of the head and government of North Ossetia reported that Russian citizens subject to conscription are given subpoenas at the border with Georgia.
