[Explanation] Ma Zhaoxu said that we firmly safeguard national interests and national dignity, and we will not give in an inch on major issues of right and wrong, and vigorously safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interests.

We dare to show our swords and fight resolutely on Taiwan, Hong Kong-related, Xinjiang-related, Tibet-related, maritime-related, human rights and other issues, effectively safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests.
[Explanation] At the meeting, a reporter asked that the past ten years have been China's active participation in the reform and construction of the global governance system, but some voices questioned that China wants to "start anew" and change the "rules-based international order" .
How does China view its status and role in global governance?
Ma Zhaoxu responded by saying that China's promotion of the reform of the global governance system is not about "starting anew", but to make it more fair and reasonable.

The international order can only be based on the universally recognized "International Law", and the so-called "rules" cannot be formulated by a few countries, let alone impose their own family gangs and family rules on others.
No matter how the international situation changes, China's determination to practice genuine multilateralism will not change, its efforts to improve global governance will not change, and its actions to promote multilateral cooperation will not change.
