“The State of Israel is a safe and secure home for all the Jews of the world, including Jews from Russia,” Israel’s Minister of Aliyah and Integration, Pnina Tamano-Shete, said.

The initiative, in particular, involves assistance to migrants in employment, as well as in the areas of health and education.

Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid called on the Israeli national air carrier El Al to increase the number of flights to Russia.

According to the correspondent, such actions are necessary to allow Russian residents with Jewish roots to fly to Israel after the partial mobilization announced in the country.
